Green Pesto Quinoa Bowl with Chicken & Cabbage
Delicious and packed with 40g protein!
As you guys know, I’ve been really liking quinoa recipe recently. I like making a big batch of it on Sunday and then being able to mix and match it in different ways throughout the week. You can also freeze it and have it ready to go, and whenever you want to eat it, you can microwave it to defrost in less than 5 minutes.
Quinoa is great because it’s a protein packed grain AND gluten free!
For this recipe, I decided to make a pesto quinoa with peas and built it into a delicious balanced bowl with grilled chicken and green cabbage.
Gluten Free & Nut Free. Includes Dairy. 50g protein.
