How to Use FUEL UP
Top tips to help you get the most out of FUEL UP.
Hey there friend,
I am so grateful you have chosen to be a part of my FUEL UP Community. I hope my Substack is able to help you nourish yourself with delicious, healthy, balanced and easy recipes.
Since this might be a new or unfamiliar platform for you, I wanted to offer some tips on how to get the most out of it! Let’s get into it.
REMEMBER, IF YOU JOIN BEFORE JANUARY 31ST AS A PAID SUBSCRIBER, YOU WILL LOCK IN 18% OFF FOR YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS ($41/year or $4.91/month)!
1. Phone vs. Desktop
You can access FUEL UP on your Desktop, or on your phone. The platform looks a little bit different on each one.
What it looks like on your phone:
What it looks like on your computer/desktop:
The benefits of accessing FUEL UP on your PHONE 📲:
Receive notifications when new posts are shared.
Access the paid subscriber chat on the go and ask questions.
Have recipes and grocery/ingredient lists easy to access anywhere you go.
The benefits of accessing FUEL UP on your COMPUTER 💻:
Better visual experience
Ability to see posts on a bigger screen / might be easier to see the recipes while you cook at home
Ability to see different tabs (Recipe Archive, How to Use, For Your Mind, Archive, About, etc.)
2. Recipe Archive
To access all of my recipes in one place, you can go to the Recipe Archive. There, they are sorted by category (breakfast, lunch/dinner, desserts/baking, staple recipes, snacks, appetizers).
On your PHONE, you can find it as a pinned post on the main Fuel Up page. It will always be the first post to appear on the top of the page.
On DESKTOP, you find it pinned on the home page, or as a tab under the FUEL UP logo.
3. Using the Search Feature:
You can use the search feature to sort through the recipes and find recipes based on dietary restrictions or specific ingredients.
Ex. Search for gluten free, dairy free, or nut free recipes.
Ex. Search for a specific ingredient, like avocado, and find recipes that include it.
4. Monthly Fuel Newsletter
On the first of every month, I will be shared our “Monthly Fuel” newsletter – which will include fuel for your mind, body and soul. It will include:
The top recipes of the month
My favorites of the month (products, books, resources, etc!)
An energetic oracle card reading for the month ahead.
Journal prompts + affirmations related to the energy reading
5. Paid Subscriber Perks (Chat + Comments)
Use our Fuel Up chat to ask questions about your wellness journey, share updates and photos of recipes you try, or ask questions/ask for advice.
As a paid subscriber, you have the ability to comment on posts! I would love to hear your updates on recipes you try – how you liked them, if you made any modifications, if you have any questions.
PS: if you are enjoying a specific post, you can always like it save it to come back to it later!
If you have any additional questions, drop them below – and here’s to seeing food as fuel and taking care of ourselves, always.
With love,
Carolina
